Salad with grilled oyster mushroom

Healthy delicacy ideal for hot summer days features all the necessary nutrients. Several ingredients are needed, but the outcome is definitely worth it. You can enjoy it with non alcoholic Hubert also during the work hours.

LETTUCE SALAD WITH GRILLED OYSTER MUSHROOM
(4 servings)

Salad:
70 g lollo rosso lettuce
70 g lollo biondo lettuce
70 g valerian herb
70 g red chard
70 g rucola
50 g carrot
50 g iceberg lettuce
50 g spinach

Dressing:
50g mayonnaise
50 g white yoghurt
30 g balsamic vinegar
20 g olive oil
5 g lemon juice
salt
ground pepper

Grilled oyster mushroom:
400g oyster mushroom
1g ground paprika
1g ground white pepper
1g ground cumin
1g fresh thyme
1g fresh rosemary
1 minced garlic clove
15g olive oil

Preparation:
Mix salad ingredients together, grill the oyster mushroom and the pepper on medium flame and add a garlic clove. Add the grilled oyster mushroom in the salad and pour the dressing on top.

This mixed summer salad goes well with the non-alcoholic Hubert.
