GRILLED PORK SIRLOIN WRAPPED IN HERBS SERVED WITH BABY CARROTS, GREEN BEANS AND BATATAS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

800 g pork sirloin
\n100 g chopped parsley curls
\n20 g salt
\n20 g pepper
\n20 g mixed herbs (sage, basil, thyme)
\n120 g carrots
\n120 g green beans
\n1 kg batatas (sweet potatoes)
\n0,1 l olive oil<\/p>\n

Preparation:<\/strong>
\nWash the meat in cold water, add salt and pepper and roll in chopped herbs. Bake in the oven at 170C both sides for 8-10 minutes. Roast sweet potatoes, beans and carrots on butter. Place on the plate in the following order: batatas, beans, carrots, meat.<\/p>\n

Best served with sparkling wine Hubert L\u00b4Original ros\u00e9<\/a> brut<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
